On Success Success is very important to everyone and it has much relation to many factors. In the first place, successful persons are ready to capture the bright ideas. In the second, successful persons are more likely to adjust to the changing world. And most of all, it is the effect of their perseverance in their struggle for success. No matter what may happen to their pursuits, nothing can pull them away from striving toward their goals. In sum，unyielding efforts in combination with the effective reaction to bright ideas and adaptive ability can almost always lead to success.
