[简答题,10分] How do you give a presentation about the companyys financial performance?

I should prepare well by writing out what I want to say and then practicing it. However, it isnnt a good idea to read it because I cannt sound very natural and cannt make eye contact with my audience. So I will talk from notes IIve made. In the presentation I will dress formally and prepare some visual aids to help me.
